What is bean-to-bar chocolate?
Bean-to-bar chocolate is made by small, independent chocolate makers who craft every bar from scratch — starting with ethically sourced cacao beans. They roast, grind, and mould the chocolate themselves, often in tiny batches with just a few pure ingredients.
How is this different from regular chocolate?
Most supermarket chocolate is made with bulk cacao, lots of sugar, and added flavourings. Our bars are chosen for their complex flavours, ethical sourcing, and small-batch craftsmanship. It’s chocolate as it should be — clean, intense, and naturally delicious.
Do I need to be a chocolate expert to enjoy this?
Not at all. If you love chocolate and you’re curious, that’s enough. Every box includes a tasting guide to help you slow down and experience the flavour — just like you would with wine or coffee.
Is your chocolate ethically sourced?
Yes. All the makers we work with use direct trade or fully transparent sourcing — often paying farmers far above Fairtrade minimums. No palm oil, no exploitation, no greenwashing.
Can I cancel or skip a box anytime?
Yes. You’re in control. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No lock-ins. No guilt.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely. Choose a 3, 6, or 12-month prepaid subscription and we can send the boxes to your chosen address. We're working really hard to setup a gift code system that they can redeem themselves, so you won't need their address or delivery timing upfront, however this isn't quite ready.
When will I receive my first box?
Boxes ship on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe before the end of the month, your first box will ship on the next dispatch date.
